2015 February/March Goals

I'm a little behind on my blogging this month.  This month is crazy busy.  I kept that in mind when I set my March goals.  Here is a look at how I did on my February Goals and what I have planned for the rest of March.

February 2015:

I read 5 books.
I made 2 new recipes:
Cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped hotdogs & Roasted Shrimp Enchiladas

The hotdogs were not that great and I felt like we wasted good cheese and bacon.  I will not be making them again.  The enchiladas were amazing.  The kids thought they were too hot but Trevor and I loved them.  Next time I'll probably leave the peppers in adobe  sauce out for the kids.

Have one family over for dinner - We had our annual Mardi Gras Party!

Make one craft.  I made a  few valentine crafts.  Here is how my mantel looked for the month!

March 2015 Goals:

Read 5 books
Start Couch to 5K
Have a family over for dinner
Try one new recipe
Speak at the the LIFT retreat
