We were gone a good portion of last week and the weekend. This weeks meal plan will start on Monday! I'm keeping meals simple this week. We are trying to finish up school for the year. Plus it's soccer season, meals have to happen quick and be nutritional!
MONDAY - Cold cut sandwiches, chips and fresh veggies
TUESDAY - Stir Fry
WEDNESDAY - Tortellini soup, salad and garlic bread
THURSDAY - Bean tacos and cilantro rice
FRIDAY - Chicken and rice casserole, rolls and beets
SATURDAY - The kids are dying to have a cookout. The weather is not looking good for cooking outside. Pizza will be our backup meal!
