A few weeks ago I hosted my yearly Favorite Things Party! It's easily become one of my favorite events. I always do it a few months after Christmas, when we are sick of winter and ready for something fun to do! I host the event for my homeschooling support group. Every year it's been a different group of moms. I have everyone bring 3 of the same favorite thing. I limited the price to $10 per item. Everyone brings a favorite dessert or appetizer to share. I realized after everyone left I forgot to take a picture of the food. The table was full - my friends know how to do food!

Every year I play a couple of fun get to know you games. Since our homeschooling group is large it's not uncommon for a few people to not know each other. This year I had them send me a baby picture before the party. It was fun to see how much some of our kids look like us!
This year I shared Book Darts as my favorite thing. I received hand soap & charcoal toothpaste, sage smudging, and coffee creamer, caramel, and whipped cream!
Every year it's fun to see what everyone brings. This year the most common item was tea! Have you attended a Favorite Things Party? What favorite thing would you bring if you were invited?
