Eliana is auditioning for a play this week that will require us to be in town every night at dinner time. The boys have all started soccer and that always creates a problem with cooking dinner. I kept things simple this week. I bought lots of pre-packed food that will hopefully make dinner time easier and keep us from eating out multiple times during the week.
Sunday:
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Out to eat
Dinner: Snack food or leftovers
Monday:
Breakfast: Bagels
Lunch: Chip beef gravy
Dinner: BBQ meatballs, green beans and rolls
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Eggs/bacon
Lunch: Hotdogs with Macaroni & Cheese
Dinner: Sandwiches, chips, veggies
Wednesday:
Breakfast: French toast
Lunch: Pack a lunch to eat at the park
Dinner: Salad bar
Thursday:
Breakfast: Eggs
Lunch: Toasted Cheese & apple sauce
Dinner: Sandwiches, chips, veggies
Friday:
Breakfast: Pancakes
Lunch: Out to eat
Dinner: Baked Potato soup
Saturday:
Breakfast: Donuts
Lunch: Hamburger helper
Dinner: Steaks (grandpa's Christmas gift), baked potatoes, rice casserole
